Delete Your Rigfolio Account

You can initiate deletion directly inside the Rigfolio app.

Steps

Open Rigfolio and sign in.
Open Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Review the deletion information.
Type DELETE when prompted and confirm the request.

What Happens Next

You are signed out after confirming the request.
A 14-day cancellation period begins.
You may cancel the request during that period by signing back in and following the cancellation prompt, when available.
After the cancellation period, the account, business records, uploaded documents, generated files, and authentication account are deleted, subject to limited legal or security retention obligations.

Important: Deleting your Rigfolio account does not cancel an Apple App Store subscription. Cancel or manage the subscription separately through your Apple account to avoid future charges.
